Emily J. Beverly, Ph.D.

Updates!

In Fall of 2018, I will be joining the faculty at the University of Houston in the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences! I will be recruiting graduate students for the Fall 2019 semester at the Geological Society of America Conference in Indianapolis.

Stay tuned for more updates as I make the transition from Ann Arbor to Houston. I'm in the process of updating my website.

I am currently a NSF-EAR Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan in the Earth and Environmental Sciences Department, working in the new Isotopologue Paleosciences Laboratory with Naomi Levin and Ben Passey. My research is focused on using paleosols (fossil soils) to understand past terrestrial climates and environments.

  • Follow us on @isopaleolab on Instagram and Twitter to see how the lab is developing!

  • Or this research on Lake Victoria, coming out in Frontiers in Earth Science!
